ReportGen is an AI-powered platform that helps university students generate, edit, and download professional internship reports and resumes. The Service uses artificial intelligence to draft content based on information provided by you.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old or enrolled in a recognized university to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Sharing your account with others is not permitted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ReportGen only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit false or misleading information about your internship or academic background.
• Use the Service to generate content for others commercially without our written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform.
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the security of the Service.
• Violate any applicable Indian or international law while using the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by our AI is based on the information you provide and is intended as a draft for your review and editing. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated content before submitting it to your educational institution. ReportGen does not guarantee that generated content meets any specific university's requirements.

Use of AI-generated content must comply with your university's academic integrity policies. ReportGen is not responsible for any academic consequences arising from the use of generated content.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

• Certain features require payment. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store payment card details.
• Subscriptions are non-transferable.

7. Intellectual Property

The ReportGen platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. The content you generate using the Service belongs to you, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReportGen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
